Triangle NC Area Real Estate Market Recovery Continues - Durham County Leads Area

The Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill real estate market continues to recover. Total number of closed transactions in Durham County through July 31, 2009 are down only 19% versus the same period in 2008.
